Terms of Use · CarKeeply Last updated: August 2026 (v2026.08). 1. Service CarKeeply is a local-first app for cars, maintenance, fuel, Live trips (recording and auto mileage), tuning, and (Business) owner-managed fleets: companies, people roster, shifts, cash, ROI, company PDF. Features depend on Free / Plus / Pro / Business. If an OBD adapter is connected, trip data may be richer — it is not sold as a separate product. The product does not include a separate driver login cabinet. 2. Account You are responsible for PIN, biometrics, and device access. Sign in with Apple may link your owner account to Apple ID for optional iCloud snapshot backup/restore. Business is owner-only on this device. 3. Subscriptions and limits • Free: 1 personal car; diary, maintenance, fuel, places, observations; 5 PDF exports in total; 7 days of Live trips; no tuning/LPG/expected-spend, no drag, no fleet after the Live trial. • Plus (typically $2/month where offered; price as shown in the App Store): up to 3 personal cars; Live trips and auto mileage; tuning, LPG tools, expected expenses, .carlove transfer; 10 drag / calendar month; 10 PDF / calendar month. • Pro (typically $5/month where offered): up to 15 personal cars; everything in Plus without Live/PDF/Drag quotas. No business fleet. • Business (typically $7/month where offered): everything in Pro plus companies, fleet (limits as shown in the App), drivers, ROI, company PDF. • Apple may offer a 1-week free introductory period on paid plans. Prices and periods are always those shown by Apple on the purchase screen. • There is no lifetime purchase plan. • Prior one-time IAPs may still restore where applicable. • Auto-renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. 4. After you cancel Your garage data stays on the device. Paid features (including Live after the Free Live trial) close according to the Free / Plus / Pro / Business matrix. You can re-subscribe anytime via the App Store. 5. Car and business transfer The owner may export/import a car (.carlove + code) and/or a full business (.bizlove + code). After import, the recipient may receive about 7 days of paid-tier grace for filled sections; then a subscription is required for those features. Data is not auto-deleted. Share files only with trusted people. 6. Local-first and optional iCloud Primary data lives on this iPhone (SwiftData). Optional iCloud is a snapshot backup/restore for the same Apple ID — not a multi-device live garage product. If iCloud is unavailable, the App continues with the local store. 7. GPS, adapters, catalogs GPS, optional OBD adapters, and catalog data are informational and do not replace dealer diagnostics or legal requirements. Safe driving is your responsibility. 8. Notifications Product notifications are local on this device. 9. Prohibited use Illegal content, fraud, and accessing others’ accounts are forbidden. No public social network is provided. 10. License The app and code belong to the rights holder. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App. 11. Liability The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss from app deletion, iCloud outages, or mistaken transfers. Keep backups (optional iCloud snapshot, file export). 12. Updates Normal App Store / TestFlight updates should not wipe the local database. Deleting the app removes local data. 13.
