App won’t open / unlock
Use your PIN or Face ID. If you forgot the PIN, you may need to reinstall and restore from an optional iCloud snapshot (same Apple ID) or a transfer file you exported earlier.
For App Review and TestFlight issues, include your iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce.
You can write in English, Ukrainian or Russian.
FAQ
Restore purchases
In the app: Profile → Subscription → Restore. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Cancel subscription
Only via Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by CarKeeply.
Delete account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes local account data on this device as described in-app. Optional iCloud snapshots are managed in your Apple ID / iCloud settings.
Live trip won’t record
Free includes 7 days of Live trips. After that, Live needs Plus or higher. Allow Location While Using, and start the trip from the car’s Live screen.
Adapter / richer trip data
An OBD adapter is optional. If connected, trip data can be richer. Not every car or adapter supports every metric — Live still works on GPS alone with Plus+.
